Walschbronn, the Weckersburg and the forgotten baths

Vanished healing waters, a little-known castle, successive wars, a shifting border... a whole mysterious heritage to discover as you stroll through the village and visit the dedicated website. Hiking around Walschbronn

From the cottage you can explore hiking trails, stroll through undergrowth and fish ponds. You'll be able to climb lush green valleys, admire wild rocks and majestic forests where the fauna and flora are abundant and varied, and discover some forgotten treasures...

The mill of Eschviller

In a remarkable natural setting, discover a former grain mill and sawmill powered by a large waterwheel and relive the work of the millers and sawyers. In the adjoining sawmill, you can see the various saws in operation and learn about the technologies used in sawmills since they first came to the region in the 17th century. The visit is rounded off by the educational apiary, where you can immerse yourself in the fascinating world of bees and beekeeping.
